Policies & Shipping



If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, we will work with you to make it right. To return items please bring the unused item back to the store with the original packaging and receipt and we will refund or exchange wherever possible. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for detailed information.

Returns Policy:

Qualified items can be returned to us for any reason, provided it is returned in “showroom condition” with its original packaging intact and with a valid receipt.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase if returned with receipt and original packaging intact, and in resalable condition.

Due to health & safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned unless defective: bikes, helmets, car racks, shorts/tights with a liner/chamois, clothing that has been washed, shoes with cleats installed, food, media such as DVD’s, special order items, sale items.

In the case of a warranty claim the manufacturer of the item makes the final decision as to whether the item meets warranty requirements. Any cost incurred in shipping a product to a manufacturer to determine a warranty claim is the responsibility of the customer. Any labor associated or incurred is also the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret we are unable to offer any refund or exchange without a valid receipt.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the goods for returns to cover costs associated with the sale & assembly of products.

Special Orders:

A special order is any item that is not in inventory in store, and is brought in/ordered specifically for a person to purchase. All special orders are subject to: either a minimum deposit or pre-payment in full, at the discretion of the salesperson or manager. Deposits are not refundable and special orders are final sale unless defective (see Returns Policy).


Please note that due to dealer agreements we are unable to ship any products. All purchases must be collected in store.

Information Security:

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, in stock orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Information Security:

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to “see” your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually available for pick up.
